Hi, I’m Kseniia,
Senior Product Designer specialising in complex consumer products.
I like messy problems, unclear journeys, and the kind of product work that needs both structure and good judgement. My strength is bringing direction: shaping clearer flows, improving existing experiences, and finding the balance between user needs and business goals.

drovo: full app redesign
The project had two main goals: ensuring Driver satisfaction and engagement with the App, and improving the Advertiser experience by expanding the pool of available drivers and offering a wider range of vehicle types and service areas.
+50% new campaigns signed in within 2 months after app launch
Average app lifespan on user devices has extended from 2 to 5 months
The relaunched app helped Drovo significantly increase the discovery-to-download rate and decrease churn during the onboarding stage. It also sparked interest and encouraged more than 40% of previously inactive users to come back. Additionally, the commercial side improved significantly due to properly structured data collected from our drivers.
About me
I’m a Senior Product Designer with degrees in Information Systems and Graphic Design, so I naturally sit somewhere between structure, product thinking, and visual clarity. Over time, I’ve worked across agency, startup, and in-house teams, improving existing products, shaping new ideas, and bringing direction when things get messy. I care about work that creates real value, and I’m at my best when I’m deeply invested in the product, solving complex problems, and finding clear solutions within real constraints.
